At this time, all orders are made-to-order and fulfilled through our pre-order model. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and ensure each order is prepared specifically for you.
Processing & Fulfillment Times
Please note that fulfillment refers to the time needed for processing and delivery.
Pixie Curly & Burmese Curly
- Fulfillment Time: 9-11 business days
Plush Coily & Cocoa Coily
- Fulfillment Time: 10–14 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Why Pre-Orders?
Each bundle is prepared specifically for your order rather than pulled from pre-existing inventory. This allows us to focus on quality, texture consistency, and proper quality inspection before your order is shipped.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
Delivery Times
After your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated fulfillment windows, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Thee Curl Guru, we take pride in providing high-quality, carefully prepared hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Cancellations
Because all orders are prepared specifically for each customer, cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at Support@thecurlguru.com and include your order number in the subject line.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Please note that fulfillment timelines provided for pre-orders are estimates and do not qualify for cancellation or refund solely because a customer no longer wishes to wait for delivery.
Returns
For sanitary and quality assurance purposes, we do not accept returns on hair extensions that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, washed, altered, colored, cut, or otherwise handled beyond inspection.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Remain in its original packaging
- Have all security ties, tags, and packaging intact
- Be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery approval
Please note that opening the hair packaging, removing tags, or altering the product in any way voids eligibility for a return.
Refunds
Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the product meets all return requirements, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly regarding any order concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. We are committed to working with our customers to find a fair resolution whenever possible.
